Jean B. LeBlanc (born November 23, 1939 in Rogersville, New Brunswick) is a retired Canadian Thoroughbred horse racing jockey. Although he raced primarily in Ontario where he became known mainly as John, the English language trasnslation for his name, he is best known for riding La Prevoyante through the 1972 racing season in the United States. The Canadian Hall of Fame and U.S. Hall of Fame filly went undefeated, winning all twelve of her starts under LeBlanc en route to the 1972 Eclipse Award as American Champion Two-Year-Old Filly and the Sovereign Award as the Canadian Horse of the Year.

In 2006, LeBlanc received the Avelino Gomez Memorial Award for his significant contribution to the sport of Thoroughbred horse racing.
